Planning a wedding from the states in another country felt overwhelming, but from the start, Charlotte was organized, responsive, and made the entire planning process seamless from venue to florals to everything in between. Every idea was transformed into reality & our guests couldn't stop raving about how incredible every detail was. If we had questions or concerns, they were always answered quickly & thoughtfully. Hiring Charlotte from Mallorca Wedding Planners was the best decision we made for our daughter’s wedding. From our initial in person visit with Charlotte 6 months out, she was extremely organized and attentive and made us feel welcome. She took my daughter’s vision and brought it to life! The decorations, lights, food and music perfectly matched our vision for a destination wedding in Mallorca. I appreciated her local knowledge and her well thought out suggestions from hotels for our guests, caterers and welcome party venues. The logistics of getting 65 guests from different hotels to the events was on my mind, however, Charlotte arranged transportation for everyone which was clean, comfortable and on time. I would highly recommend Charlotte and Mallorca Wedding Planners for planning a perfectly beautiful wedding along with welcome events. The wedding was truly magical.

The wedding of our dreams! Charlotte and the team planned our wedding at Finca Son Mir in May 2023. Charlotte took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and worked with our budget to bring our vision to life. The wedding day itself was seamless- the team had everything under complete control and the only thing we had to do was relax and enjoy our special day!
