Jordi and his team are incredibly professional. We got married on 31 August 2024 in Mallorca and are extremely grateful that our wedding planner Christina von Hunnius recommended D'CALVACHE catering to us. And what can we say? We had a rehearsal dinner on site in Palma. The service, the choice of decorations and above all the food were incredibly delicious, beautifully prepared and of the highest quality. The wine selection was also exclusive and perfectly matched to the individual courses. The temperature of the wines was also excellent. Everything was perfectly timed on the day of our wedding. We had ox cheeks - which literally fell apart. The food was great - we received nothing but compliments. From the lobster salad to the main course and dessert, everything was excellent. We would recommend Jordi and his team without hesitation. The quality of the food, the service and the whole package are 100% unique on the island. Thank you to Jordi and the whole team for accompanying our special day with so much love and flavour.
