We had the absolute pleasure of working with Chef Francesco for three private dinners and one special welcome reception at our Finca—and every single meal was executed beautifully. The variety of dishes he created was not only delicious but also thoughtfully curated and elegantly presented. Each evening felt like an elevated culinary experience, perfectly suited to the setting and the occasion. Chef Francesco brought more than just exceptional food to the table—his warm, positive, and happy energy made a genuine impact on the entire group. It was clear that he cares deeply about his craft and about the people he's cooking for. We also want to highlight the incredible team supporting him. The staff handling margaritas and Latin-style service were proactive, attentive, and seamlessly integrated into the flow of each evening. They anticipated our needs before we could even voice them and made everyone feel well taken care of. We are truly grateful to Chef Francesco and his team for adding such a meaningful and memorable dimension to our time in Mallorca. Highly recommended!

We worked with Francesco as our private chef for a yoga retreat in Mallorca, and the food was absolutely incredible! Every meal was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. We have never had better food anywhere! Francesco prepared 3 meals for us in our villa for 16 guests. Every evening was different and exciting. The food was prepared with local fresh produce and fresh herbs from Francesco's garden. The food was beautifully presented and served by his charming staff. Francesco has worked for us for four years in a row for our family when we holiday in Mallorca every year. He is an accomplished chef with an amazing variety of options and knowledge, with the ability to cater to large groups with all sorts of dietaries and kids needs! We are more and more impressed each year with the healthy, nutritious and beautiful meals. He comes up with meals ranging from local Spanish, to Italian, to Thai and Chinese and just about anything you need (or didnt even know you needed!). He is also a lovely person and feels like part of our family when we are with him. We love Francesco and he is the best private chef we use of the many we work with!

Francesco prepared two delicious dinners at our rental villa for our group of 9 people. His food was delicious, highlighted the local produce, and everything was presented beautifully. He got in touch beforehand to go over the menu options, was very helpful in selecting wines for us, provided very attentive service during our meals, and was immaculate in cleaning up afterwards. His professional yet friendly and warm demeanor made the entire experience even better.

We had the pleasure of having Francesco at our finca for a few nights the last weeks, each night every single plate was amazing. His slogan "My job is my passion" reflects himself and his food very well, you can see and taste that he cooks with the objective to instill emotions into the clients. Hes able to cook a big variety of foods, so whatever you want hes able to make it. We highly recommend him.

We hired chef Francesco for 3 dinners, while at Finca son salas in Mallorca, to celebrate my wife’s birthday with family & friends. Wow! Wow! Wow! Francesco is an amazing , talented chef, and he is great fun too! All our guests (quite rightly) raved about every dish. What a fabulous culinary experience 3 nights in a row!
